What are pre-sessional programmes and is it suitable for me?
A Pre-sessional English Programme at a UK university is a course designed for international students who plan to come to the UK to study at either undergraduate or postgraduate level. It focuses on a student's ability to use English for academic purposes.
The course lasts for 2 weeks to 12 weeks. Students should choose the pre-sessional course based on the required English level. They can only apply for a pre-sessional course if they have been sent an academic offer.
