The University of East Anglia (UEA) is one of the best universities in the UK for student satisfaction according to the 2014 Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey. An internationally renowned university based on a distinctive and attractive campus, in the historic city of Norwich, the University of East Anglia prides itself on the excellent academic, social and cultural facilities which it offers to over 15,000 students from over 100 different countries enjoy studying over 300 courses at UEA.  The city of Norwich is home to eight theatres, five museums, four cinemas, two cathedrals, four music venues and a castle. Norwich is one of the UK’s top ten cities for shopping.  There are 300 pubs, restaurants and bars, 1500 historic buildings as well as modern developments such as The Forum, which is the home of the regional BBC studio. Undergraduate: Students have at least a grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English or a recognised equivalent (although please note that in exceptional cases the above may be waived). Some particular requirements must be satisfied the for certain degree programme (i.e. specified grades in acceptable qualifications).

Postgraduate: Students either at least a 2:1 in a UK undergraduate degree, or a Master's degree, or equivalent.
